Minbart processes and ships order 6 days a week with the exception of Fridays and UAE public bank holidays. Next day delivery is available for UAE customers only. To qualify orders must be placed before 12noon to guarantee this service.

Once your order have been verified and payment has been approved you will receive an order confirmation from our customer care team. Your delivery window will arrive according to the delivery option selected:

  • United Arab Emirates: 2 – 3 Business days
  • GCC: 3 – 5 Business days
  • Worldwide International: 4 – 7 Business days
  • Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from date of dispatch. Minbart is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance and processes.
  • You will always be required to sign on receipt of your delivery. Once a signature has been provided it is no longer Minbarts’ liability.

Minbart asks for your email address for two reasons. Firstly, will send you up to date and relevant info regarding the business and secondly, in order to register and place an order online.

Minbart wants your online experience to be as simple as possible.

  2. Login for fast track access to checkout or checkout as a guest.
  3. Go through your order review pages and confirm all details are correct.
  4. Select your delivery option and you should be the proud owner in a matter of days!

Once you have placed an order you will receive an email confirmation of order from our customer care team. Your order will then be forwarded to our courier, who will provide you a tracking number unique to your order. You can track this order anytime and anywhere. Your delivery window is based on your delivery option.

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa and MasterCard.

Once your order has been processed it gets sent to our customer care team who are working hard to put your order together. Should you want to add or remove items from your order you will need to place a separate order for anything else you would want to purchase.

Minbart reserves the right to cancel any order. Please contact us in store once you have received an email from our customer care team quoting your invoice reference number for more details.

When you enter your card details to pay for your order, your bank automatically deducts the money from your available balance although it is not actually taken from your account until we dispatch your order. 

If we do not dispatch your order, we do not charge you and the money is automatically put back onto your available balance by your bank. 

This can take up to 10 working days but the exact timeframe does depend on your card issuer and your bank.

As soon as your returned order has been received you will be contacted by our customer care team who will advise you of the details you submitted. Our customer care team aim to process refunds the same day, however, the time it takes for your refund to reach your bank varies.

Minbart promises to exchange any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us is a re-sellable condition in store within 10 days of date on receipt.

For hygiene reasons, we will not offer exchanges on pierced jewelry, underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.

Please note that items must be returned with all barcodesand description tags intact. Your item(s) should be in their original packaging. Any shoes returned to Minbart store must not be worn, and must be returned in their original box.

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

Returning online items with Minbart is simple. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 10 days of receipt to the Minbart store.

Please ensure you have your personalized online invoice (as proof of purchase) and debit or credit card used for the transaction.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Minbart will refund your delivery charge under the following conditions:

  • Minbart, by error, sent you the wrong product.
  • Minbart, by error, sent you an item that was faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality, or unfit for purpose.
  • Minbart will not refund the delivery charge if there was more than one item purchased and not all is being returned.

Minbart is happy to return items purchased online or in store within 10 days with proof of purchase. Any items that fall outside this 10 day window will not be returned unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Minbart exercises the right to refuse refunds if we believe that the product has been used or worn and therefore no longer re-sellable.

The customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website (Age of consent is mentioned as per the applicable law).
